Our chapter was the 125th to  be established by National on January 14, 1987 and is located along the beautiful Minnesota River Valley in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. On February 23rd, Congressman John Kline presented our Operation Puppies for Soldiers Program a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition in recognition of outstanding and invaluable service to our community.
